Roosters were very ordinary tonight. Once again conceded way too many penalties. Manly or the storm would have punished them tonight.
Injury to form backrower Cordner, could be a real concern . Overall a poor night for the premiership favourites.

I think Roosters played as well as the Raiders let them. They got the better of us tonight.

I know exactly what sanctimonious means . I fail to see how my use of it was incorrect.

Really, so give me examples of posts in which I was trying to sound pious or righteous, if anything I was doing the opposite.

Next time you use a thesaurus to come up with an insult maybe read some examples of it being used or look it up in a dictionary.

Lol. Every post you took the moral high ground, when we both know if those disgusting calls went the other way and the Roosters lost, you would be saying something very different.

The usage of the word sanctimonious is correct.

Both teams had poor decisions against them. The knock-on call was hardly a decision that cost the Raiders the match. They might have scored.... but I honestly would have backed the Roosters to be able to hold them out for the minute or two left.

As a neutral supporter, I also thought the Raiders received the better of some decisions that helped get them back into the game. Also... that dropped ball by Joel Thompson might have gone backwards, but similar dropped balls are called knock-ons every week. Especially when the player reacts as though he has just f**ked up.

Referees did their best to help Canberra win but thankfully we were too good. Absolutely shocking refereeing against Easts but it's no surprise really. Would have been 11-2 if it were in Canberra so I can be thankful of that I guess.

Bitch please, it's not about taking the moral high ground and you know it, it's common f**king sense. Successful teams make the most of the cards they're dealt, they catch the ball the first time.

Lol, the refs rape us up the arsehole every week, this week was no different, we get one rub of the green on the back of disgraceful calls against us and you find a way to blame the refs for your side just not being good enough.

As a neutral it was an entertaining game to watch and also told me the comp is well and truly wide open for the top 4 as it stands atm (possibly 5) and not one of them has a mortgage on it. Raiders exploited a few weaknesses in the Roosters defence tonight which we haven't seen for the most part of the season and i'm sure won't have gone unnoticed from the coaches of the other contending sides.

They also won't go unnoticed by Trent Robinson and there is no doubt he will be able to fix them.

Why waste your time arguing with skeepe? He's the semen in a used condom that rests at the bottom of a garbage bin of this forum.

I am just fascinated by his obvious psychosis which I believe is the source of his unrivaled bias. He might possibly be more delusional than all Souths' fans combined. The scientist in me can't help but investigate this phenomenon that is skeepe's brain*. Skeepe please donate your brain to science when you die, I will study it myself and if you permit it I will inform the forum of what if anything was missing.

*Settle down children there is a difference between having a brain and having a shred of intellect.

also great to see us leave the horrors of last week behind.
if we can play like this every week, we'll make the 8.

Skeeoe you should be lucky that roosters played shit last night cause if we didn't Canberra would've lost by 70.

Refs kept Canberra in that game as well scoreline wouldn't have been as close otherwise.

You realise you were handed a 6-2 penalty count in that game in round 5?

You were dead and buried until you started receiving 4th tackle penalties last night. Same as round 5.
