Very happy with that match. We played pretty well, just not for the full 80.

I think we matched them all over the park, our big men (down a couple plus the loss of Frank during the match) matched it with Souths and we dominated their right edge defence.

All in all, very good performance from us. I'm one proud fan tonight.

I think any team that competes with the top 4 for the majority of the match deserves a slap on the back and fans shouldn't be disappointed. They're just far too ahead of the rest of the competition but I think off the back of some recent performances, week one will be a highly entertaining round no matter the game.
