I hate to agree with Gus but to me that game brings manly and the storm right back into it, the roosters have players to come back but souths were terrible and had so much go their way

Storm v sea eagles final is a real possibility for mine now

Souths won't last long in the playoffs.
Roosters could make the GF but will likely go down to Manly or Melbourne.

I am a Panthers fan and Roosters did probably deserve to win the game, but 8 points for the Roosters shouldn't have been scored from what I saw during the game. 2 points for the penalty when I couldn't see a Souths player touch the ball that was offside, albeit they didn't slow it down in enough in the replay, and Maloney's momentum had stopped, and the Souths player had a finger on him, thus should have been held.

Even though the score line for Bunnies against Storm earlier in the year, and in this game, if they can focus for 80 mins, they can win the comp.

People change their opinions after every game. The Roosters were being written off last week, now it's souffs this week. The reality is there are 4 teams that can win. Look at the whole season, not just one bloody game. Should be a cracking finals series.

IMO I think the likes of Manly and the Storm HAVE to be worried after what they saw in tonight game.

Sure it wasn't the perfect game of league, but once these two teams do hit their straps,I don't think anyone else will stop them.

All the other finals games that these two teams will play wont have the emotional aspect to it that tonight's did...I thought mentally,it took a lot out of them with the massive build-up.

Souths will be out in straight sets on that effort. Rush up quick and disrupt there halves and they dont know how to react.

Big decisions for Maguire in the offseason, re reynolds and what side he plays and how much influence he has in the running of the team.

Hopefully the way Robinson has his team play with halves switching sides leads to change in the way most of the coaches have there teams play

To be fair mate Storm and Manly were never out of it. Most have said especially of late that there's not much at all between all 4 sides. If anything Storm and Manly might have a slight advantage with their finals experience.

Though if we are lucky enough to make another GF, even i don't want to play Manly lol
