Manly haven't really been tested yet. Souths were really pushed in tight games against Storm and Bulldogs (somewhat with the Roosters too) and played well played. I think Souths will win this even though it's at Brookie. None of their fans showup anymore so it's hardly a fortress these days.

Only decent players on Souffs are Inglis, Reynolds, Luke, Teo and Burgess bros, rest are really average or nobodies.

We have no one close to Goodwins inability playing on our team in a crucial position.

Souffs were tested by the Dogs who were completely outclassed by Manly. The other premiership contender Manly have played was Newcastle and Manly thrashed them. If you think that because Manly have been winning so comfortably while Souffs have scraped over the line several times means Souffs have somehow played better footy then you're kidding yourself.

The grandstands sold out on Tuesday and a full house is expected. There will be close to if not over 20,000 tonight. You are once again showing yourself to be a clueless fool.

Souffs are one of the few clubs that actually bring any reasonable number of fans to Brookie but it'll be well short of 5000. Maybe 3000.

Kite and Williams have also played for NSW and Australia (Kite also captained Tonga), King has played for NSW. Ballin has played for QLD.

You could even compare Reynolds to Taufua or Symonds since they've all played no higher than city/country.

There is hardly a player in Manly's 17 that hasn't received a rep jersey during their career. Hardly a team of nobodies.

I like the fact that we have not played well as yet and won reasonably comfortable in most games.

BUT, Souths worry me the most out of any side in the competition. They are probably the only ones that have the cattle up front to go through us. I love watching teams start a war of attrition in the middle with us thinking they'l come out on top. Souths have that ability.
We MUST Slow the ruck, kick constantly at Inglis and hit him with 4 blokes and allow no time for Reynolds kicking game! If South's get a roll on there is on stopping them. No side in the competition will.

Matai doesn't get the kudos he deserves. He is the MOST important player in our side coming out of our red zone. He is the one that gets us on the front foot out of dummy half. Huge difference when he isn't there.
