Where are all the arrogant Kiwis? I thought they only played well on tour

Too fast, too strong, too good once again

Well done Aussies. Love smashing the Kiwis and putting them in their place. They need to be reminded how far away they are when we play close to our best.

Now Sheens is a Premiership-World cup winning coach. FMD, even more overrated than ever.

But just because we won and won easily does not mean the best possible team was picked. I'm hoping from the next ANZAC day test the DCE-GI era is allowed to begin. They'll be the players that lead our next world cup win.

"The lads tried hard"

"Again i thought the lads tried hard but things didn't go our way" "But again i was proud of the efforts the Lads put in and we will be better next time".........

It's a shame nz made it, ruined the occasion a fair bit, was fun to be there but you could tell the contest was over after 30 minutes.

If only this train back to Leeds was over in 30 minutes - f.cking rammed!

I do wish the Poms had made it. We still would have won but there is no way they would have allowed it to be a blow out in front of their people. Would have been better for Rugby League.

Yeh because he was so I strum mental across the whole 80 minutes. During most of the toasters finals games he would have 20 minute bursts of a good game and everyone would blow their loads over it

You strum mental? Ok. Are you talking about guitars? Who are the toasters?

Definitely should have been the poms there, they deserved to beat NZ, and it would have whipped britain into a frenzy about rugby league, which would have to be a good thing.

They still would have lost, but if they put in a valiant performance it could have been a launching pad for better things to come in english rugby league.

We could convert all of NZ to league and it wouldn't really mean shit all, and we're not gonna do that anyway when we just massacre them and they have union to fall back on.

1. NZ fans should acknowledge that 2008 was a fluke, & the 2010 tournament was won off the back of 2 blatant forwards passes.
2. England deserved to be there more, & would have at least had a go.
3. This is what they get for not picking Nightingale.

Great crowd. Great to be a part of a test world record. And well done to the majority staying for the presentation unlike in 2008. And applauding Smith & the Aussies that they had booed all game. Good to see the English show appreciation for great players and a great performance.

Hardly booed "all game" Springs. They were booed when they came out to warm up. Once they had established control of the game the Poms just sat back and witnessed the slow but sure annihilation of the Kiwis. I can't recall any booing during the match.
