Well why make such a f**king song and dance about the dogs not getting any penalties for a stretch? Your double standards know no bounds. And it wasn't even your f**king team.

i thought we all knew what skeepe was like now...whinge about anything to do with

Refs against Raiders
Refs against any team facing Hayne/Parra

You seem a little emotional.

I was merely pointing out the double standards of posters here, hardly making a song and dance about it.

We didn't deserve to win but another game we got ripped off by the referees.

Corey Norman is beyond ordinary..........mind you Sandow doesn't offer enough either. No wonder Hayne has to do it all.

Josh Reynolds has the name of grub - Ennis is 10 times worst than he is.

I know the kick was difficult but Sandow's second Bad miss was crucial. We can't rely on Sandow to kick goals - we need to find a quality goalkicker in the offseason.

We are heading in the right direction but three games are going to define our season - that one, the first Manly loss and the Warriors smashing. We won't make the 8, but no one expected us to. Finals next year a must.

Parra fans crying about no penalties, pretty sure the count was 4-3 at half time, and the only time eels scored is when they got leg ups from the refs, goes both ways

Translation: I'm trying to make it sound like I'm not blaming the refs for the loss, but really I am blaming the refs for the loss.

Oddly enough, I've never seen you have a go at insert.pause and johns_reds for bitching about refs. I wonder why that would be? ;-)

The penalty count was 4-0 , giving one side piggy backs , and talk about soft penalties late in the count that were not seen again

Parra were given 3 from Dogs slowing down the play the ball in their own 10", if you watched Thame, it's not always about the numbers it's where you get them. After giving a leg up to the team in possession in the first half, they don't blow the whistle in the second half, guess what, possession had changed - ata why fans gets ticked off

No frigging consistency, one captain is allowed to speak to the ref, the other isn't, it gets a bit farcical Lyon and Smith are experts at questioning the ref to allow their team to get into position, some aren't

Sandow was 5m away from the actual mark and he never ever tapped the ball correctly either

What is the exact rule on whether you have to tap the ball on the mark? Not saying you're wrong, but usually you can tap the ball as far behind the mark as you like, just not In front. As for whether he tapped it with his foot, haven't watched it closely, but that it wouldn't surprise me if he didn't.

Was at the game. Looked to me as if the kick shaved the sideline as well from the 1 or 2 quick replays they showed us. Was it a fair kick ?

I am fairly sure tapping on your leg passes these days players have been doing it all year..

The rules state the referees have to be ready (clearly by that picture they are not)... The parramatta winger was 1-2 metres inside the touch line when he passed (bulldogs never had a chance to get back, that 1-2 seconds would make a massive difference)... The ball also obviously being on the floor would've given another 2-3 seconds (which it wasn't)... Sandow didn't tap the all on his foot or really at all... Again if he did would've given another 1-2 seconds!!

Not one thing was right or by the rules and people still want to blame the boy ball and the ref... Maybe if parramatta knew the rules and followed it... Brad Arthur whinging was pathetic!

For a penalty tap yes, but for others no. See the 20m tap for example, that has to be taken on the 20.

1. Ballboy should've waited for the touchie to mark the spot.

2. Sandow took the tap 8m behind where it went out anyway

3. Sandow didn't actually tap it properly

4. Why didn't they double check if it was out on the full before allowing the restart?

5. The rule is dumb, regaining possession is advantage enough. Return to scrum feed.

Tap Kick: Making contact with the ball with any part of the leg (except the heel) from knee to toe inclusive; ground/territory cannot be gained from such a kick.

2014 Rulebook

Sandow's use of the knee WAS legal. Doesn't change the outcome of the ballboy/Toutai call but the Sandow was entitled to use his knee.
