With Dugan at centre i think its safe to assume he and Hayne will interchange throughout the match...

Why is it "safe to assume"? Hayne plays his best at fullback as he has demonstrated time after time at this level. It seems stupid to move them around as it just mean putting a greater defensive burden on Hayne in the centres, which burns up more energy which he won't have when NSW are in attack. Also if it happens when NSW have the ball, it move him further away from it and more into the hands of a "run first" type player in Dugan.
