You should know about stepping off the mark. The Broncos are masters at it. Especially Justin Hodges.

Of course the broncos do it, every club does it and if your not your at a disadvantage, I still can't stand it, you don't get away with it in junior footy, first grade should be the example and it is at the point where basic rules have been neglected for so long there's a penalty in every second tackle which just puts more onus on referees because they are calling penalties that are so discretionary, i don't understand how the game can just accept it.
