Last year we were able to overcome the bullshit we copped every week from the tards in pink. This year is a different story however.

Roosters make a blatant professional foul...nobody goes to the bin.
Mini drops the ball cold...Mullen gets penalised...

Yep...the refs were after the Roosters

What professional foul is that? Where we tackled BJ after the line break, apparently offside even though you'd advanced the ball 13 metres from the previous tackle?

In the presser it was highlighted that Mason was called held and to play the ball after mini tackled him. He played on and passed to Roberts who scored, but they didn't pull it up. What a joke

Blatant cheating at its finest tonight. Badger if you are going to cheat at least do it subtly. That was just disgraceful. Video ref just as bad how the dark he overturned Maloneys try is beyond me. Clearly obvious the NRL wanted the knights to win

Where the Roosters player was blatantly offside and tackled BJ, yes.

If he was called held then that was a terrible call by the referee, because the two players slid off over the top of him and he was standing before they made contact with him again.

As fulfilling as this is, I look forward to Tommy's tears the most.

haha, f**k you merkins can have a sook. Cheating? Nah. Dodgy at f**king best and it wasn't one way traffic in the shit calls you blind idiots.

Out played by an inexperienced, strengthened team who are candidates for the spoon. That's the only pill that should be hard to swallow tonight.

But keep going. Keep finding excuses as to why your superstar built team couldn't beat a reserve grade for the second time this year.

For a start, offside isn't a professional foul. Holding down from a linebreak, yes, being offside an making a tackle, no.

For seconds, he had already run 10 before he got tackled. Knights were tackled 15 out, then BJ got brought down a couple metres short of the line. Can't be offside if he ball has already been advanced 10.

They slid off him while he was on his elbows and knees on th ground. That's tackled. You don't need to hold them down for a 3 count, just a hand touching him while his ball carrying arm is on the ground and it's a tackle.

Do you not understand what it means when a player in an offside position makes a tackle and holds them down?

Who cares anyway. When you get comprehensively outplayed by a reserve grade side you deserve to lose.

He went on with it and held him down despite being called off side. It's a professional foul.

How could he have been holding him down too long when he offloaded you fool

BJ offloaded, then knights knocked on and roosters recovered. Ref penalised for offside as he was playing advantage.

A professional foul is any deliberate misconduct that prevents the scoring of a try. Doesn't matter if it is for being offside or whatever, it is still deliberate misconduct and a sin bin offense.

Mate. It was a foul. Everyone knows it. Go on blaming the refs though. Doesn't change the fact that they got outplayed by a reserve grade side.

People are penalised for being offside on their own line every week. Besides the stupid sin bin last week for it against Penrith (which I argued in the game day thread last week was a dud call) no one is ever binned for it

If SBW wasn't there, BJ scores. Simple as that. Him being offside prevented a try. Yeah, other players are offside on the tryline every week, wouldn't be surprised if we were tonight in the early stages, but those situations can't be compared to tonight's blatant foul.

it probably was a foul, that's why it was penalised, although as I said the ball was advanced over 10m anyway so technically it could have been play on.

We aren't arguing that though, we are arguing if it was a professional foul. You can't even remember the incident (seriously, holding him down too long on a player who offloaded?), so ou have no business commenting on it
