Refs are a bit of a joke. NSW get a lead so they only ref the one team to keep it interesting.

Well I don't think they have a video ref for the match so they can only go by what they themselves see, so they aren't doing terrible for just 3 guys without replays but obviously things get missed because of it.
Radia is probably just talking them up because the ref has to make the call on the fly.
