Basically I'm saying if those guys were eligible I'd be all for dumping Farah, but no one from nsw is a better option then him

Also Farah 63 tackles for 0 misses tonight

Hodgkinson proved he shouldn't be playing FG over MBye let along Origin. Tupou and Jennings were poor in defence and Josh Jackson was overrawed in his first game. Hopoate was average on the other wing as well.

These were the weak points for NSW

The pack in general outplayed QLD but the backs were better for QLD. Only Dugan and suprisingly Pearce were good in NSW backs

And how would that be different to any other game Smith plays? Gets away with it every game

Don't disagree with that. But personally thought it was ridiculously obvious tonight. He was just laying everywhere and knew he was getting away with it. Enough already.

Please piss Hodkinson off. Reynolds has to be there if he can walk.

im not sure if winning or losing makes the quality of game better or worse. It was just as bad as last years game two.

seriously if this is the quality of state of origin for the future I might as well watch golf.

the wrestle is still in our game and every origin it rears its ugly head and the refs refuse to do anything about it.

Origin is dead when NSW lose.

Get your head out of your arse

This would be better

1. Moylan
2. Mansour
3. Dugan
4. J.Morris
5. Wighton
6. Soward
7. Puss
8. Woods
9. Farrah
10. Tamou
11. Scott
12. Hoffman (c)
13. Merrin

14. Fifita
15. Klemmer
16. Vaughan
17. Lewis

Puss was far from worst on field. Toupo & Hodkinson tried hard to out do each other for the golden turd.

Pretty fair winner but Cronk would've been my choice snapping the winner in a tight game in a pressure situation like he has done in the past, scored the first try of the game as well.

Matt Scott was the best player on the field period, but Smith was very good.

4th tackle before you're first option was surely his best shot. All the commentators were claiming he was there, but Farah went to Pearce who shuffled it thru the hands. On the Dugan attempt, he was in position and Farah didn't pick the right man. There is an issue between Farah and Hodkinson, I am sure. Notice how many time Hodkinson got the ball on the fifth in the second half. Pearce must have kicked every time.

I don't care who's fault it is, but Daley needs to sort it out.

So the one where he got the pass from Pearce you said he was on his wrong foot because he received the ball going to his left, yet how can you say he was in position for the second shot when he parked himself to Farah's left hand side away from the posts when as a right foot kicker he should've been to Farah's right and deeper?

Reynolds has a broken thumb. Would have played better than Pearcea no Hodkinson tonight even with a broken thumb

Still I can't help but think the forwards were the crux of the problem. Any half will struggle when their forwards a re being pushed around. Reynolds is not a miracle worker

You mean besides the two in a row in the first half??

You might want to check your facts champ, we only got three penalties and one was for inside the 10 in the 16th minute.

Source news.com.au live score.

The same report said that Qld were offside all night and the ref just ignored it, same as every year.

NSW were the only team penalised for a flop, in June first half, yet Thaiday and Smith made it a habit.

It's the same thing every year, Qld get the leg up, has been the case for a decade.

It's what makes origin so utterly predictable.
