Queensland needed a lot more carries to get those metres up to be fair. I just think it shows that our backs needed a much higher work rate to help the forwards out. It wasn't the Queensland forwards winning the metres, it was their backs.

I'd be getting Mansour in as quickly as possible when he's fit.

EDIT: Also, Jennings is not the right style of player for origin in my opinion. Not sure there is necessarily anyone else though.

NSW backs minus Duges were all bad IMO. Jennings is yet to show up to an origin game.

You can at least argue Morris has contained Inglis better than anyone else has, but think Inglis sucking is helping with that.

Jennings has been a very good player for NSW. Has scored some cracking tries and can keep the defense guessing.

I think I remember a Pearce kick finding the grass Once. Down Billy's throat all night allowing QLD a 30 metre kick return every f**king time. How does he keep getting picked?

Just because a kick finds grass doesn't mean it's good. The entire aim of those bombs were to give NSW defenders time to get down there. Pearce wasn't great, he was solid and way better than Hodkinson.

Lack of communication comes down to Hodkinson. But it was there all night as an issue from both halves

What did Hodges do this time? Gave a round of the kitchen sink to the grub Beau Scott then kicked the ball into touch to wind down the clock.
