There are some really good prospects in this raiders side, but they lack cohesiveness as a team and make some really stupid mistakes. Probably need to cut out a few liabilities, sign up a few safer journeyman types to plug the holes before the greener guys can find their feet.

Hodgson was a fantastic buy.
