Best part was the tackle at the end by kostjayson or whatever his name is on croker when attempting the final charge down. Either way it was a fun game. Just unlucky I guess.

Great game. 11 in a row, if it was Souths everyone would be going crazy about it. Cows taking each game week by week, win by win but it will come to an end eventually. Hopefully, by then the Cows have got top 2 in the bag.

It's only the usual broncos suspects, lol who are full of praise when we are losing:lol:

Happy for the win but sad to see Canberra lose when they gave it their all.
I'm not a fan of Ricky but his right. They will be a better team for it and I think we might see them come finals time.
Top effort Canberra.

Fensom is simply awful. I hope he feels the pressure because the only time he adds value to the team is when he is out injured or suspended. f**k him off for Kennedy I say or bring TPJ and give him a go. Couldn't be any worse.

The errors in his game and the penalties he gives away are starting to become more concerning.

I thought Raiders fans loved Fensom?
Most of them did because his stats make him look like a workhorse and there were more notable issues with other players like McCrone and Campese.

But if you actually pay attention to the guy during the game he is probably our biggest momentum killer and by far our dumbest player on the field.

He is v dumb.

Lots of fans still like him. Over on the greenhouse he is pretty protected. He made a reasonable (compared with the rest of the forward pack) 85m but one has to look at the context of those runs. A lot of time he shuts down plays by being a little too one dimensional. This wasn't all his fault in the past. It was bad decision making from the spine but its still worrying how often he just does a nothing hitup when we are rolling forward. I don't hate him or anything nor do I think he's shit just could be better served with another style of player at lock.

I haven't researched it but he looks small compared to who other sides play at lock.

Just had a quick look through all the stats for starting lock forwards and the only person I could see that was both lighter and shorter then Fensom was Anthony Watmough. Elijah Taylor and Paul Gallen are both around the same size, but everyone else has a fairly significant height or weight advantage.

Really? I preferred the non-tackle by Fensom on Granville that allowed the Cowboys to score in the second half. He makes it to marker, the ref even calls out that Winterstein shortens the 10 and then Fensom does everything he could to help Granville on his way except point in the direction of the try line.

The thing with Fensom is in a loser team everyone loves him because he works his arse off, so in years gone by we've accepted the bad parts of his game because we were a loser team who couldn't afford to lose his work rate
It didn't matter him making the odd dumb error and giving away a lot of penalties when we were getting shit on every week
Now we are competitive in most games and fighting for wins at the death of games, those errors and penalties are more costly

The errors don't worry me so much, Sia should never have thrown that ball, and errors happen, but when you get penalised as much as Fensom does, he'd have to know they are watching him, he'd know they have him on their tip sheets and you'd think he'd be smart enough to act accordingly
But he doesn't, it's really frustrating

Kennedy is a plodder - he is not your answer in the middle. At least Fensom has a half decent offload on him and when he does the Raiders are extremely dangerous off the second phase play with Papalii and Soliola hitting the edges.

Who misses out when Leilua comes in?
