The Dogs are a grinding team. They rarely look like the 'better team' even when they win. That try in the 50th minute meant the Dogs had to score twice and completely changed their psyche.

Technically the Dogs would had to have scored three times considering they couldn't kick a conversion to save their lives.

"tried to injure"?

Please. Eastwood was trying to tackle Marshall to the ground. Shit technique and I hope he learns from it but he wasn't intentionally trying to injure him. As for the Kasiano/Pritchard incident, he got up and kicked the goal after he won the race to the ball. Trying to injure?

Riding home the Roosters is utterly hilarious though.

Don't be so butthurt I like the Roosters more than I like the Bulldogs, you guys really don't do a lot for yourselves for us to admire. We find the whole 'family club'/'dogs of war' shizaz, bottle throwing and crowd violence a little bit lame.

It'd be fitting if that fat lump piece of shit didn't know that his tackling technique was very possibly going to injure Benji, because it really reflects the low IQ of your supporter base.

'He got up uninjured, what's the problem!?'

You should work for the NRL...

They've only had one or two totally impressive games all year. An emotion-charged back-to-belmore against an out of form Storm, and a thumping against a South Sydney team who would struggle to beat Newcastle at the moment. They thought they could just get their way to the grand final off the back of arsey wins again, but it doesn't work like that.

The Roosters were clearly the better side.
The Dogs have had a bit of a mixed season which was partially derailed by the Good Friday melt down against Souths.
To be honest, that game seemed to take a substantial toll on both teams, I am not sure if either team fully recovered.
The Dogs also know, if they did not already know, that they have a lot of issues to address over the off season.
While no one enjoys it, this type of loss highlights the problems that must be addressed, so some good comes out of it.
The Dogs will need to be much better in 2016 to be a serious contender and they know it.
Some of the players in the side need a good off season, and need to show some improvement otherwise their NRL careers could be on the line.
I would have to defer to Manly fans on this, I know Des is patient, and gives players lots of chances, but I am also fairly sure he does not have infinite patience.
Des himself may need to rethink the team balance, and the style of football, again I think Des can do it, he needs to do it.

first and foremost the better team won - congrats roosters

secondly the Good Friday game was perhaps the game that derailed our season with long term injuries to key players - Lafai and Brett Morris, as well as players suspended and also origin/blues duties and city country games

our season was derailed because of all this so lets hope for a cleaner and perhaps more consistent 2016

enjoy the off season everyone - ill temporarily be on the storm bandwagon for the remainder of 2015 although i will always bleed blue and white

Also on the crowd behavior, if you go to the footy you have to be able to cop your team losing and a bit of banter from the opposition fans.

If you can't handle that, stay at home.

I know from experience some of the Rooster fans, particularly the pommy ones, are good at winding up the opposition fans. But I also know it is nothing personal just a bit of fun.

The Dogs fans who take the bait, need to wise up and lift their game.

Yes, it can be a roller-coaster at footy at times, you need to take the good with the bad.

You have to be prepared to cop a bit of banter and not take it personally, if you can't think of anything witty to say back. then turn on you Ipod listen to some music and ignore it.

I'm on the Cowboys bandwagon.

I am also hoping for some fast open attractive footy in the remaining finals games, all 4 teams have something to offer.

Lets hope they put their best foot forward, unlike the Rabbits, Sharks and Bulldogs who went out in poor fashion.

Saw plenty of that. They couldn't think of any come-backs so threatened violence instead.
