Talks began about two weeks ago over an informal bid to play 10 home games at HBF Park as the NRL’s 18th team.

Why 10? Why not 12, (unless they are sacrificing one for magic round) is there 2 games at henson park? Like where are these 2 other games played at and what for? Coz its newtown jets going to be the feeder club... that wouldn't have anything to do with home games

Exactly my point, where's the other games, and who are they for... its not for newtown...
Now if this was reported the same way for the wa/bears then i see why as the theyve always spouted their intentions for a few home games in sydney... but if jets are just the feeder link (of which i applaud perf for doing) then why only 10 perf

One game in Sydney wouldn't bother me if it was a deal clincher to get us in the comp. If it ticks a box for Vlandys then do so be it. Thete might be something there playing Souths or easts at the SFS. If it doesn't work you stop it.

Hang on weren’t you one of those who said Perths biggest weakness was player development pathways? We are going to need a feeder club in east coast. Be it bears, Newtown, Blacktown or a qrl cup,side. Doesn’t really matter Who.
If jets need someone to help them out and they can offer us that then all good. What we won’t be is the perth jets owned by Newtown. that I can guarantee you.

You never said the solution was an east coast club

you said Perth should get nrl funding to help produce juniors

it’s good to see you’ve taken the critisms on board

sadly you’re ignoring newtowns requirements they just want to copy what the Bears want in terms of logo and home games

They already have a feeder club locked in they don’t need Perth to cover the bills
