Not long now CC Bears are on the road again
There’s something unpleasantly annoying about Sydney people incapable of understanding there is a game outside their city. It’s actually quite pathetic. And it’s an attitudes that has held the game back for decades.

The difference is Sydney clubs choose to play at an neutral venue in exchange for money from the host council of the city. Sydney hosts about 100 games each year.

Bears are demanding a game be taken to NSO without any compensation. At one stage they wanted six games to be played at NSO. Perth will only get a maximum of a dozen games a year.

Except Cummins said they need $30m to get ready, No way the Bears are getting involved without stumping up cash.

That is the compensation, That said there is no way NRL allows 6 games a year that was wishful thinking from the Bears.

That is all part of talks meet somewhere in the middle

The Bears didn't do themselves any favours by making that demand.

It can and will be used against them by parochial Western Australians who don't trust people from the east coast. For that reason the Bears should be ruled out of the equation. The Bears cannot be trusted to make the operation work.

For all we know Cumins might be able to raise $30m. He reckons he can.

Well no happy to have Perth stand alone...

Just answer the Pathways question?

IF Perth stand alone is no brainer surely you would be able to say the plans for their pathways?

No one can answer that yet that is meant to be a better option?
And there you go again. Pathways = Sydney identity and that’s your agenda. Just give up pretending. I’ve said all along , and you ignore, it a Perth side will have feeder arrangements just like every other club. What they dont want and should not have is a dead Sydney clubs moniker, a home game in Sydney and board members and influence from clubs like the bears..

Is there anything stopping the West Coast Pirates, 100% owned by a consortium from Perth, from using the North Sydney Bears as a feeder club?

Wouldn't that do the job of providing juniors to Perth?

Perth doesn't want the f**ken Bears to be their identity. It's being forced on them by V'landys.
You have your ear out in perf do you? All your posts are so transparent it's not funny, this has been a sydney centric myopia issue ever since, Perth became favourites to win a licence, now with the bears it's foregone conclusion that theyll acquire it, at the cost of one measly game away from Perth, ever club takes games away from their home ground, Bathurst, Tamworth, Gladstone, Darwin, Hamilton etc, there is zero issue here, other than your distaste for any bid that isn't east tigers
