All 7 are leagues clubs?

Maybe $20 million could change their minds?
Not sure but they are cashed up

Central coast bears is a much better idea than Perth bears

But Perth is the next team in and the bears don’t want to wait another 20 years and central coast don’t get a team

The deal is almost done anyway for Perth bears

The Sydney clubs wouldn’t support a central coast team even though is a good idea in theory
You'd be surprised, not all the clubs are against that idea, maybe only the knights and Roosters, proximity wise...
it's mainly the Arlc that wont look at it, purely coz theres already 10 nsw clubs, and no new market really, but in terms of an opposition, the clubs would love it, closer than perth, png or chch

It's all history now but had there not been those stadium delays to the building of the new central coast stadium the Bears would probably be celebrating 25 years playing on the central coast by now.

Yep bears got ripped off originally they were promised a license

Then merged with manly who shafted them again

I’m so happy they are coming back in

Talk about a great location.

Such a shame that the stadium is so boxed in and has little room for expansion as getting it up to 25k would be awesome and could see more regular season NRL games taken there.
Leagues club close by
Train line from Sydney close by so loads of fans can travel up
Lots of juniors

Built for around 25 million bucks too lol

Think the bears chipped in some cash for the construction

It's enough as is, coz there's barely any content going there, manly seriously need to take 2-4 games there (vKnights, vRoosters, etc) save the brookie matches for out of town teams

Probably wouldn't have been allowed to say any more than he did due to the NDA's in place.

Will Norths be smart and look at partnering with one of the other bids? Perth looks shot and its not like they've wasted any money on the Perth bid.
