Tough track to debut on as a conventional leggy. Looks like he likes to flight it and may even get some turn on a decent track. Unfortunately, if he flights it here, he will just get nailed. No turn on this road.

How things change.

A couple of wickets and a good outfield catch later and now it's perfect bowling conditions. He'll be full of confidence and bowling at tail enders who are looking to attack. Perfect situation now.

If Bopara gets in 6 balls earlier, we'd have lost that game. Muirhead and Coulter-Nile were outstanding with the ball. Going at less than 10 on that postage stamp is good going.

Not sure nor convinced on that based on what we have seen from the poms

Poms were never going to chase it down when he came in to bat 5/98 ( & 6/100 in the 12th over) it was a carefree innings, no pressure as they never looked like winning.

Had the target been in sight or a bit easier whats to say the pressure doesn't get to him and he gets out playing a stupid shot? Just need to look at the recent past to know they play differently when under the pump

Hazlewood not smooth nor toned enough for Locky...

More like not good enough...as shown in the last 2 overs last night! What did he go for 50 odd again! In a match where we would have won comfortably had it mot been for his pies!
