He's got to be a masterful troll

It's not masterful people have been saying nonsense for a reaction since the dawn of time. It's boring.

His opinion on Cooks captaincy after this terrible effort is as transparent as his geniused Hughes love. The clown really has worn out his welcome

How many Ashes has he won? How many close tests have they won under him? How many tests have they managed to salvage a draw despite being outplayed for the majority of the test? It happened the last time they were here and it happened earlier this year.

The closest games are not decided on talent alone. Captains making the right decisions at the right times often play a massive role.

Cook realises this is a 5 day game. Too often Clarke has to win or lose in 3 and a half days.

They won and avoided losses in too many close games in the previous summer for it to be just about talent imbalances. Close games that can finish either way are where captains shine or crumble. He shined more often than not.
More to do with the talent of the players. Which players stood up when the game was on the line. That is a true measure of class

If you honestly think Cook is a better skipper than Clarke you are a bigger clueless spastic than i thought imaginable BM. Cook has been totally out captained this while test. His work after they had Australia 6 down was terribly negative and went a long way to get Australia back in the game,

Clarke's captaincy has been superb in this match.

1-0 for this series, no question.

Did I ever say that Cook never made mistakes? Yes he f**ked up day 1. But over a number of years he has got a lot more right than wrong.

It is day 3. This test is far from over.

Over a number of years??? He has only been Pommy skipper for a little over 12 months, you continually make yourself look like a genius. He's a very average negative captain of a pretty good cricket team. Clarke is tactically the best skipper in world cricket by a country mile. He took over a terrible side in transition from Ponting and he has done a great job so far imo.
