just a side question

if the WI were for argument sake 9/100, and Australia looking to send them in again, can WI declare forcing Australia to bat and avoid the follow on themselves?

It wouldnt be the first time the oppositions best player is out off a no ball, besides there is no point saving the referalls for the tail
I know what you're saying, but it will look ridiculous when you have say Nash or Dowlin who's on 70 or something before copping a shocker. I'm not saying it will happen, but it gets stupid when teams start taking stupid referrals.
