Day 2 from an Australian perspective is all about Travis Head. He's got a gold plated opportunity to score big runs and put Australia in a unlosable position.

If he fails he should get Bancrofted.

I know you're being funny, but what this essentially does is put us in more of a defensive mode for some of the time. The onus is going to be on Wagner and Southee to make the most of their spells and take wickets and Santner and Williamson will need to bowl to give them a break. The good thing is Smith and Warner back in the sheds.
