How has Warne managed to dupe so many broadcasters into believing he is who we want to hear?

3 balls in and Warne is already whinging about Renshaw not rotating the strike. Fair dinkum.

This.

Have no idea how people like Warne continue to get commentary gigs in various countries. Reminds me of certain personnel in the NRL such as James Hooper, who likewise, continue to get media gigs.

Looking at that pitch, this test match should be over well before day 5. If it shares any resemblance to the Nagpur pitch that was dished up to South Africa a couple of years ago where it was a rank turner from day 1, every run is going to be crucial and a fifty from a batsmen could well and truly be a match-winning innings.

Serious Question is the former best all rounder in Australia (from the Sydney test cant even remember his name) injured or was that average of 6 from MMarsh just too much to ignore

Not sure why the Indians feel the need to serve up a pitch like that. They'd beat us easily on decent pitches. They hardly need to serve up a pitch that looks like it'll fall apart by day 3
