I think we should thank the kiwis they have taken away the poms greatest asset away from them which is the south african academy which produces for other nations.

Devon Conway looks a decent player. They have had success with south africans who move to NZ in recent years.

Neil wagner, BJ Watling, Colin Munro, Grant Elliott.

While England who are now crap don't have many anymore Dawid Malan is about it. The strauss era half of the squad were saffers.

Watling and Phillips grew up here, but Wagner and Conway certainly are good additions

Yeah Wagner will probably be remembered as the bowler who conquered smudge.

He hasn't been the same batsman since wagner gave him a working over 2 summers ago.

I think the most promising thing I see about Conway is he has a large appetite for runs…

domestically he’s shown a consistent ability to turn starts into massive scores which is pretty hard to do in our domestic competition as the pitches tend to be more seamer friendly than anywhere else in the world.
