Spinners haven’t been much use historically and they like the 4 quicks. Things would be better if KJ can establish himself as a #7

but in general their treatment of Ajaz in the past has been criminal, he’s a quality spinner, the likes of Santner and Somerville ever playing ahead of him in tests (Santner is excellent with the white ball) is disgraceful

He’s 31, did well as a replacement and can bat… needs to keep and bat better atm. The keeper and 7 spot need attention and obviously Ajaz should be in the squad
