i'm sure there will be a couple of openings next season.

but whoever wants to join must convince me they will stick around for the long haul because this is a dynasty league after all.

if there are any openings i will say so when i start a thread for next season. make sure you keep an eye out for it. it will probably be around late july/early august.

Will keep watching and no worries about sticking around i love playing fantasy nfl ,and will definately play all the way through.;-)

BTW the Jowls Wolverines won't be playing this season. So you can start looking around for a replacement team. He was working with me, but he has gone back to Canada and has abandoned all the online games he was playing.

well there you go forestdragon, there are now 2 teams up for grabs.

and seeing you're a saints fan and want to sign up for this dynasty league in the middle of the offseason you can get the first pick of which team you like better.

go to the thread which has the final rosters and check out the two teams - jowls wolverines and miami dolphins - and tell me which you prefer.

both didn't do too well in the inaugural season but at least you will get a top notch draft pick for the upcoming season.

maybe we could do the draft in rounds?

We would either submit our choices for the first round in a thread, or pm them to you.

It could work like, the person with the #1 pick has only 1 choice, then the second submits 2 preference votes, then the third submits 3... etc. You then get the highest preferred player available of however many you selected. So the winner would have a massive list in the first round, but may well get their 4th or 5th preference.

What do you think???

If we are starting a new league, and if the Miami Dolphins team hasn't been occupied by the new season, would we be able to put his players in the draft????

i don't want to choose players for other people but you may be on to something.

the draft will be over a few days/weeks and some sort of time limit will have to apply between each pick. if everyone pms me their player rankings i could simply pick the highest ranked player on their list if they fail to make a pick in time.

this set up could even build the drama between picks instead of me just going through the lists and submitting the results.

if i contradict myself in every new post forgive me but i just want to get the best system down pat for the draft.

i'm sure someone will want to take over that team and any other team that becomes available. it will be trial and error for a few seasons before we get a hard core base of twelve managers. of course you never know how people's circumstances will change in the future which will lead to more teams being available. it's the nature of the league.

hopefully we will get a few years of the same managers and they will feel compelled/addicted to show up every year.
