I only seen the SBW interview and the discussion after
It was good to Loz give a different opinion to Gould on Kiwis in Origin but i thought Matt Johns comments seemed a touch edgy in regards to the islander kids
These polynesions,These islanders, We have a problem here,We have a problem and weve known about it for some time.(Whats he want to do whites only?)
The tone of his voice and the way he came across was if he didnt approve .

The way the panel was talking about the amount of Kiwi/Islander kids playing in the juniors seemed they had a problem with it.
I would like to see the clip again hopefully i read it the wrong way

You did read it the wrong way.

If anything Johns was sitting on the fence and was more for it than against.

It gets no more bogan than that
Bogan, lowest common denominator khu9tflaps
Still eh gallop will be happy .. will stop questions about why the rights were sold so cheap

Yep he sure would. The Continuous Crap team fit in the same category. Speak rubbish all weekend, hardly talk about football and the real issues affecting the game.

You are then left with a show like NRL on Fox which is hardly going to bring up such issues as cheap media rights.

The NRL has all bases covered expect for Roy at the SMH.

shame about this guy then; Geoff Starling
  • Born and raised in Balmain, Geoff played all of his junior league with the powerful Codock Junior League Club which produced many good footballers to the grade ranks
  • As a sportsman, Geoff excelled at swimming, cricket, and athletics – but deep down his heart lay with Rugby League
  • As well as Club training, Goeff spent many hours behind the scenes with a personal sprint trainer
  • In 1970 Geoff played in the Jersey Flegg and at season end was called up to grade as a 17 year old, where he played two (2) games on the win, one (1) in the Third grade semi-final, the other in the Second grade grand final against Souths.
  • In 1971 Geoff played in the pre-season First grade trials
BALMAIN FIRST GRADE CAREER
    • By the start of the 1971 season proper, Geoff had cemented a place in the First grade side and never looked back
    • He played so well in the 1971 season, that he was picked in the City 2 v Country 2 match
    • A matter of weeks later on Monday 14 June, Geoff’s greatest dream of playing for his country was realised; he was selected in the Australian side to tour New Zealand; in doing so he became the youngest player to represent Australia

oh another no name player :

Boustead first represented for Queensland aged 18 in 1978 while playing for Innisfail Souths. Small in stature Boustead outshone his giant New South Wales outside back rivals in Terry Fahey and Mark Harris. After playing for New South Wales in 1979 under residential selection criteria, Boustead represented Queensland in the first ever State of Origin match, and is one of a handful of players to have scored 3 tries in an Origin game.

He is one of a number of players to have represented both Queensland and New South Wales and one of those rare foundation Origin representatives whose NSW appearances were bookended by selections for Queensland.

Boustead made his international representative debut at 18 years and 310 days in 1978 in a Test against New Zealand thus becoming the youngest ever player to represent Australia. He played in all three Tests of that series.

He was a consistent Australian representative from 1978 to 1984 often appearing in all Tests of a tour, in domestic Ashes series and in series against New Zealand and France. He toured with the 1978 Kangaroos and with Frank Stanton's 1982 'Invincibles'. All up he made twenty-five Test appearances for Australia and played in eighteen minor matches on two Kangaroo tours.

someone please tell SBW to get his hand off it if he did say it. No doubt there were others without looking too far

Why not, has she got ugly breasts too ?
Chances are high, but I was referring to the fact that I'm pretty sure she saw everyone complaining about the 'tits' and thought we were talking about the Titans, so she decided to join in and complain about them too.

Whats Allan Robinson doing on the Footy Show? I thought he was on bad terms with The Footy Show and actually spoke out against the show on 2GB. Looks like they've kissed and made up, unlike Hadley and Blocker.
