I see it as somewhat unfair for a whole season to be completly worthless with one field goal. Maybe they should bring in the golden try for grand finals or even all sudden death finals only.

Definitely a sentiment I'd agree with, but the war of attrition to get into those positions to strike those field goals - and the fact that kicking a field goal in itself isn't that easy either.

I'm watching the 04 Grand Final in order to get fired up for tomorrow... I hope we see some great action tomorrow. Can't wait for Living End particularly...

Im so nervous i just went to limewire to see if i could download the game so i dont have to wait till tomorrow to watch it.

Kinda like at last years grand final i was sitting in the crowd at anz and got several sms messages but i didnt check them cause i didnt want them to tell me the score just incase the live viewing from row 4000 aisle 900 was delayed viewing.

Completely agreee, a field goal is a ridiculous way to end any match throughout the season.


In my humble opinion, should be either golden try or an extra 10 minutes each way.
