Actually I agree with your most improved team - Cowboys. They finished 15th and the Bulldogs finished 16th. I think with Thurston and Bowan both back and forming their partnership, they'll be lethal and finish 2+ places above the Bulldogs. That would make them more improved than the Bulldogs.
