2. Gordon
3. Jennings
4. Lewis
5. Tighe
6. Graham
7. Sammut

10. Civoniveva
11. Pritchard
12. Cooper

14. Ation

Quick backs, skillful halfs, big but mobile pack, young but solid bench.

I just hope Elliot plays and sticks with Sammut as halfback.

1. Lachlan Coote
2. Junior Tia Kilifi
3. Michael Jennings
4. Michael Gordon
5. Geoff Daniela
6. Jarrod Sammut
7. Wade Graham
8. Adam Woolnough
9. Paul Aiton
10. Petero Civoniceva
11. Frank Pritchard / Joseph Paulo
12. Trent Waterhouse
13. Luke Lewis

14. Maurice Blair / Gavin Cooper
15. Tim Grant / Matthew Bell
16. Sam McKendry / Frank Puletua
17. Masada Iosefa

I know the wingers would be extremely inexperienced, but i think that centre pairing more then makes up for it. Daniela and Tia Kilifi could get the same sort of service that Lewis and Rooney did back in 2003 IMO.

The bench is really the hardest part personally. We have quiet a few forwards that i would love to fit into the team. Even with naming backups on a couple of them, there are still players missing that would do a great job.

Also i have Wade Graham in the #7 as i think he is a better leader then Jarrod Sammut... his passing game is absolutely brilliant and i think with him feeding the ball to Sammut / Jennings / Gordon that they would have a lot more time to work their magic.

Despite my 17 listed, I am confident that Joey Paulo could be a real surprise packet this year. If he follows the lead of Petero he could be anything.

Well we have alot of experience and skill in our team and their is no doubt we are a grand final team.
The boys just need to focus and show some committment to one another, act more like a team.

Pritchard no where near 1st grade till he's got his head right, Sammut I agree with cb4 he is rubbish, Graham is a much better 5/8 and Coote is a much better fullback

I agree with CB4 to a point, but wouldn't say he is garbage.- he's dynamic & couragous, but has far too many holes in his game & is too selfish to make it long term in the halves at NRL level.

I see him being an enigmatic journeyman at best.

Also, what are Panthers fans expectations for next year?

For mine, squad looks weaker, younger & still lacks a half back.

I see us between 8th and 14th.

I think we should be better off without the majority of the players that we let go, although we are extremely inexperienced and have a terrible coach. So if we do somehow make the top 8, it will be scraping in based on F/A or a draw.

I think Sammut/Graham will form an awesome halves combination, but if we suffer an injury to either one of those players we're getting pretty desperate when it comes to replacements.

Anywhere between 8th and 16th. I know that's very broad but I do think it really depends on how the young players respond to elliott not that his gotten rid of the 'trouble makers'

If we do make the finals there is no point getting hyped up cos we will be guarunteed to lose in the opening week.
