Even when it was 17s and 19s they were making mistakes

Townsend is an awesome player! Its just how can someone who has been apart of a poor sg ball side and poor toyota cup side who plays a major role make it over someone who has played a major role in a successful side

Yes the players around the make difference and this is a state side, so obviously their is again going to be good players around and that shows Sam Williams will be able to do the same job he has been doing all year playing toyota cup.

Mosese Pangai should of been centre considering Junior Rogica was out. Rokoqo again I think is a good player but was there for other reasons apart from the way he played this year. Faleula Finau was top tryscorer and a standout for Balmain this year. Joseph Leilua is an awesome centre/backrower who could of made it in front of Portlock.

Another Option would of been Hopoate into the centres Massey Fullback and Finau onto the wing. Nathan Massey is a complete waste on the wing, putting him at wing takes his whole game away from him. Where Hopoate can play centre, has played centre and has played wing, and has been successful at it.

Nathan Massey even when he played wing for twenties last year, his best glimpes were when he went searching for the ball off his wing as a second fullback.
I still think he is the best fullback in this age group.

The forward pack is all round good, except for maybe Alex Mckinnon.. I dont like the bench at all!

But its still a relatively good side and is capable of punishing the Queenslanders!

McKinnon is a myth. In defense he's a second and third man in grabber at best, rarley makes a dominant tackle and lives of other peoples first man in efforts. His work with the ball was great back in 15's and 16's but is limited to the odd edge mismatch against a shorter defender nowadays. There's half a dozen backrowers who should have got a gig before him, I can think of 4 who played for the dogs and newtown this year.

Who would your halves be then if not townsend and kelly? Also like the idea of putting hopoate in the centers.
