I'll take a goosie through the players thread but in case I might miss someone, any team with a newbie on its list, feel free to jot it down.

I suppose we can say most of the Roosters. :)

That looks about right from a Warriors point of view, Pete...except that AuckMel and cornelius_sulla are two different writers. ;-)

I think we did very well with so many players making theur F7s debuts in 2009! :D

I reckon all these rookies were stand-out players:

Roosters
Fein and Monk, followed by HevyDevy and Suttsburger

Eels
lingard and Phantomeel

Bluebags
muzby

Titans
Titoolate and TitsAnonymous

I'd like to vote the Roosters' Rookies - four of 'em

muzby, because he likes to post images.

Plus he is reliable, honest and is a gentleman.

And he's a 'bag.

POTM in his debut year, saved our bacon more than once.

I can't be unbias. Monk, Fein, Shorty and Adamkungl were all lifesavers.

From opposing teams, Muzby and TITsANonymous were both fantastic to read.

Non-Terminator and Muzby for mine. Hard to split them.
Have to agree on both.

I didn't even think of NT as a rookie. A captain in his debut season, and has really stepped up to look like a first season veteran.

He certainly did Willow. ;-)

Deadset, the bloke wore his heart on his "fingers" when it came to his commitment to the F7's.

I'm very proud to call him my skipper - a great leader.

there's a bit of interest in this award this year. Plenty of rookies and plenty of quality

From the opposition ranks I couldn't go past NT

and our very own TITs ANonymouS (av. 87.6) and Tittoolate (av. 88.5) both more than held their own (each won a POTM at various times).
