We made half a comeback, but still damage has been done by Melbourne's top lineup, we'll be against their second stringers now.

Fred, we still sent a good 22 man squad there.

I guess the point is with the 22 we sent I expected better...
The 22 we sent includes 4 who've never seen First Grade before, a halfback who hasn't played FG in over a year, and is missing our best fullback, second rower, centre, utility and second best prop. Their squad has Slater, Inglis and Smith in it FFS...you can try telling yourself otherwise, but in the squad we sent we don't have anyone of that calibre.

Also, it's an effing trial

Will anyone be posting updates from the Saints/Dogs trial in the gong'? Believe kick-off was 7pm.

I think the second half is the Rogers/Dureau combo steering the show compared to first half of Mullen/Walsh.

Nice second half though, was what I was after :p
