Last year's was the highest attended finals series ever - 351,448 @ an average of 39,050 over 9 games.

This was clearly helped by the Eels v Dogs (74,549) and Broncos v Dragons (50,225) games.

Go looking? No offence but I don't understand why it's up to me to go and research everything

It's not up to you, but so far you've done all that work, and you did say you were open to requests. So I thought you might have the info handy.

Plus, your superior scouting skills would unearth the information far quicker than I could ever hope to ;-)

Just in terms of crowd attraction for this season home and away then, the ranking would be:

1. Brisbane - usual winner 25.6k
2. St George Illawarra - 20.5k

Then this pack is pretty damn even:
3. Wests Tigers - 18.8k
4. Bulldogs - great considering their ladder position
5. Eels
6. Titans
7. Rabbitohs
8. Roosters - 17k

Then the next batch a notch below
9. Sea Eagles - 14.6k
10. Knights - affected by stadium construction
11. Warriors
12. Storm - affected by salary cap
13. Panthers
14. Cowboys - 14.2k - the gloss of 2005 seems to be fading

Then the bottom 2
15. Raiders - 13.4k - low travelling fans
16. Sharks - 12.1k

You can see a ladder performance based influence there but there are similarities year in and out. I'd say we'd have 4 different tiers in terms of support size in our comp.

Alphas (3) - Broncos, Dragons, Bulldogs
Betas (5) - Tigers, Eels, Titans, Rabbitohs, Roosters
Gammas (5) - Sea Eagles, Knights, Storm, Warriors, Cowboys
Deltas (3) - Panthers, Raiders, Sharks

All 5 Betas could easily become Alphas - (most likely in the order of Tigers, Eels, Rabbitohs)
All 5 Gammas could easily become Betas (or have been) - (most likely in the order of Storm, Knights & Warriors)
All 3 Deltas could easily become Gammas or have been - (most likely Panthers & Raiders)

Encouraging signs from:

Dragons - highest average in the history of the JV and their highest since 1969
Melbourne - highest average ever
Parramatta - highest average since 1964 (yes higher than the glory years of the 80s)
Souths - highest since 1971 (when they last won a premiership)
