The 2 recently added board members along with Nadim & Nigel will be getting mine & family's votes. The rest I willl consider on a person by person basis

Nads was always one of the quality posters on PI. Have less experience with Nigel, but would vote for either.

I know there are other methods of finding out, but it might be handy to have the date/time/location of the board elections in the op.

Don't worry about what order they are in.As long as you tick Nads and Niges boxes plus those of seven others they will get your vote. Remember you must tick nine boxes. The footy five lost big time because they frigged with the order of their ballot adverts.

You will need a majority change to the board to make any difference.

What happened to the rebel ticket???

Gee, Petero went to a lot of effort to try and get us to vote for Nigel and Nads, didn't he?

Mum's a big Panthers fan and she's wants to vote but isn't sure who to go for, so this thread is a blessing. I'm gonna get leagues club membership and vote too, and try to get some mates who live nearby to vote, they only really go there to get belted on the cheap so I'll shout them a beer and it should be good.

Can voting be done via proxy or do you have to actually go to Penrith Leagues to cast the vote? I think if they did a proxy system, it could boost voting numbers, particularly for those who don't live in the Penrith area.

That's the way Paddy. All locals should vote no matter which team you support. If you go to the club regularly you should vote. That way you have your say on the running of it

You have to go there.

The Board won't allow this sort of thing despite campaigns from certain members.

They want the Election to be a secretive affair.

The more easier it to vote will mean more voters, thus making it hard for them to retain their positions.

Which is stupid seeing there is clubs all over the place. Yet you can't go to North Richmond or Bathurst Panthers to vote. Despite being a member of those clubs

Except this is a vote for the footy club board and members of bathurst or north richmond cant vote.

Its stupid that you can't even give a policy on PI. The constitution of the footy club board doesn't disallow campaigning.

What are they on about over there?

Vote Nads n Nige in your Nine!!!

That's what I thought Daz. Although I am close enough to Penrith, there is a distinct possibility I can't make it. I'll see what I can do, because I am very interested in voting this year.

How do you find out about the candidates? This is just wrong. It can't possibly be legal to have an election where you can't find information on who is running and why!
