Members who have nominated for election to the board of the Penrith District Rugby League Football Club Limited and the board of Penrith Rugby League Club Limited are requested not to make comments or statements about their candidacy or the candidacy of any other person by way of Mass Information Media during the course of the elections, which is the period from when nominations close to when the ballot closes.
Yes they probably have broken the new by-laws. If the current board cancel their candicacy there will be a massive outcry from the Members.
The key to getting this result won't be voting for nads or Nigel, but having a mass information sharing session deciding which 2 won't be getting voted for.
I've seen it before.
The old donkey vote carries a lot of weight in spreading out the votes of those that don't really care but vote out of habit and vote for who they are told to vote for.
The key will be getting several hundred people into a well informed network close to election day and all NOT voting for 2 people.
