Worst kept secret is out, STGI Charity Shield jersey

I like that...very Salford Reds as I have said before.

I don't like all the little white dots.

You won't really be able to see them in the game.

The white dots are red mesh over a white panel. Not sure what the purpose of them is other than ornimental.

It allows the jersey to "breath", allowing heat to escape from inside the jersey. Most jerseys use them these days.

Urgh. Can't believe that shocker Wigan will be wearing. I'm a Wigan fan too, although not on this occasion. Just how does their regular kit calsh with the red V? Though to be honest, their home kit for this year is even worse than the WCC one:

Seeing as everyone here always jumps up and down about sponsorship integration (and rightly so!), I thought I'd point out how good the dragons jersey looks compared to the queensland reds jersey. Yay for league!

It's not their away jersey, it's a special one off jersey to promote some weird campaign where they give goats to poor communities... apparently KooGa stuffed it up and put it on sale as their away jersey

Just curious... Apart from the mesh down the sides, have the Dragons ever worn a jersey like that before?

No, we have never worn an inverted jersey. A few other designs (mostly either blood + bandages or rip-offs of Wigan jerseys for the old World Club 7's), but not a white V on a red background.

The Reds jumpers are very similar to the Dragons, maybe its cause of the St George sponsor.

But Im pretty sure the "Reds" used to wear maroon and dark blue.

I preferred the tapered V in the illustration. Still not bad for a one off. Would rather a red collar (but I'd rather a white collar on the white jersey too!)
