Yes he has.

Why would any team want a player that has even stated in public that his band and music comes before his football. He should just pick the one he is good at and stick with it....................oh wait yeah now i see his problem.

Did you watch any of the start of this year, or any of last year with the Eels? Grothe has been close to our best player for a while.

Dogs and Knights look to have pretty shaky halves combinations.

Storm will be unstoppable when injury free.

Their biggest problem is going to be depth, they have Kostjaysn and Cronk who can play hooker, Kelly, Widdop and Kostjaysn can also play half or five-eighth and Widdop can play at Fullback so they can cover for most of their big name players during origin time.

Can't believe they've hung onto Quinn though, O'Neill is just as good, much younger and cheaper.

I like the look of the Dogs 25...top 4 material IMO.

Storm have a really young exciting backline that will be awesome in a year or so IMO.

Quinn will be lucky to get back on the field...O'Neill is a star in the making and has pace to burn.

The forwards look weak and I am not convinced yet that the likes of Norrie and Woolnough have the goods to step up each week and match it with the Chooks and Dragons.

Manu needs to stay injury free and Blair is going to have to have the season of his life.

The squads all look great, realistically every club next year has a chance to go all the way; the talent is spread out very well I must say. Any team could finish anywhere I think.

Cheers. Just a 1 year deal? He is the biggest waste of talent I've seen in a long time.

That's a bit harsh. He is 30 so a one year extension is adequate. He's not the most perfect winger in defence, but he's a great finisher and he plays like a great forward with his hitups in general play. Injuries haven't helped him too, but I'm glad he'll still be an Eel next year.

I like what Boofhead has done so I'll do the same for the Bulldogs. Obviously there will be a lot of players who can play different positions, so I'll just list them in their first choice spot.

Dogs outside backs are looking poor apart from Morris. It's been their main problem for the last few years now IMO. Barba is obviously a talent, but obvious question marks as to how he will go at fullback, and even then it could take him a while to settle anyway

Poor? I wouldn't say that at all. Especially not in the last few seasons. The left hand side combination of Roberts, Morris and Goodwin has been outstanding.

Fullback is the weakest position I admit that. Barba will either shine or crash. Lett will probably get a run though, and he's talented.

Nothing wrong with either starting wingers and centres. Turner and Goodwin are both very good player. Morris and Wright/Idris (whoever Moore goes with) are also very strong and of course Morris is a rep standard player.

I'm not saying we have the greatest back line in the world, but it's very far from "poor".

Looks pretty good to me, Tyson Martin will be in there somewhere too and I wouldn't be surprised to see Taumalolo in the top 25.

Yeah I tried to keep it as close to 25 as I could, so I didn't think we'd see the likes of Taumololo or Martin.

It'd be close to the slowest backline in the comp. Again, apart from Morris and Barba, there's nobody there that looks dangerous or like they could threaten a good defensive unit. It'd be okay if you had excellent proven halves, but the Dog's don't have that either. They better hope Pritchard and Eastwood provide a lot in attack, and consistently, otherwise I think they'll struggle to make the 8 again.
