For some reason it's not displaying the article I posted. My comments were in relation to Phil Brown calling Pirlo "homophobic" for not going to England to play in the Premier League.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...ea-Pirlo-homophobic-for-staying-in-Italy.html

Yeah seemed to come up later.

So i will re direct my eh? comment to Phil Brown.

Eh? wtf you talking about.

The Bitters vs the Rags.

Go to that one and wear a Liverpool jersey...

Welcome to the happy smiling corporate premier league people tell you about.

PS. Run.

Not as funny as the Kenny Dalglish crank calls, but still bloody funny. Wire, you need to develop a sense of humour mate.

I do have a sense of humour. That wasn't funny though.

Yup, the joke police are in town. ;-)

Lost in all the Olympics hoopla is the fact that the official start to the English season is this weekend with the Community Shield.

City v Chelsea @ Villa Park. English Champs v European Champs. Tips, people?

Why is the Community Shield at Villa Park?
Wembley probably busy with olympics.

Should be an interesting season. We have a really tough opening 5/6 weeks and a tough run through January/Feb (from memory) but if we show significant improvement and manage to get ourselves in a reasonable position at the start of March we have a pretty comfortable run home and might be able to get somewhere.

Im not very optimistic though, need significant improvement.

I can't believe Manchester United are actually trying to buy RVP. Surely Van Persie wont do that. He would go from Arsenal hero to a hated villain instantly

I can't either. We don't need him.

Still SAF is a long time fan.
