Tell me how this came to pass!

I grew up in Sheffield until I was a teenager. Hillsborough was home, even though Bramall Lane was just down the road. The stench was terrible.

So looking like Real Madrid v Atletico Madrid. An all Spanish, all Madrid derby final. How good is that?

Has a very similar feel about it as last year did. Two teams from the same country playing each other. One an established European powerhouse versus the seasons surprise packet who are well managed and have a very good team.

Also interesting to note that the last three times these teams have played in all competitions it has been W W D in Atletico's favour (please correct me if I'm wrong).
