Australia will definitely need a clash jersey for the pool gamevin Limerick.

Still no release of a white Irish away jersey.

I wonder if we will see this v this in Limerick?

And I notice in that photo the Coat Of Arms (yes, bringing the topic back to this for a moment) is back to the Rugby League version of it. I think this is a replica jersey from earlier this year given there's no RLWC badge on the chest. I'm hoping the socks are somehow the ones from earlier this year too and aren't the correct ones anymore.

Wishful thinking perhaps.

The game may be played in Ireland, however Australia is the home team. The team with the highest ranking gains the home classification for their games, so Australia is the home team for all of it's group games.

So Australia are the home team on Saturday as its at a neutral venue?

If you go back you'll see that the players were wearing a jersey with the RLWC logo and the proper coat of arms.

But under the coat of arms, as per regulations, it says England vs Aus, millenium stadium and the date

For this generic photo they're just using a replica as it doesn't mention a particular game

Watching the Cooks/NZ game I noticed that the kiwis had something that looked like the WC logo on one sleeve. Is this like the rahrah version where the winners of previous cups get a patch?

Tonga also have the WC logo on one sleeve. From memory all teams used to have the Tri-Nations logo on one sleeve as well. I am not sure why some teams have done it and not others.
