No. And no. They were among your worst. Just because Rooney sweats more than anyone else doesn't mean he is effective.

And Clattenburg shouldn't have given the 1st penalty but the 2nd one was clear as day.

Behave.

Rooney was good. Showed good drive, set up a goal, was always in the middle of things.
Blind was marked when we had it, but when we didn't he covered the ground well. It was only when we were chasing did the gaps appear. He spent a lot of time trying to cover for Rojo being in all the wrong places.

The 2nd pen was an obvious push in the back which is why the guy went clean through.

City 1 - 1 Chelsea

A largely boring Battle of the Plastics. Only got interesting in the last few minutes with Super Frank.

Oh come on. It was nothing. It's Football. Played by men. Body contact does happen. If that's a free there'd be 100 a game.

Trivia time:

- Chelsea are the 39th Premier League club which Frank Lampard has scored against

- Lampard has scored more goals against Chelsea than Lionel Messi

Frank is a class act no doubt about it.

Don't agree it was a boring game either. Zabaleta can have no complaints for the second yellow either, the way dean was throwing cards out he should've known better. Only himself to blame.

Not a total disaster of a week for Liverppol now all results are in. All the sides who I think will be fighting it out for 4th dropped points.

Super Mario is copping some disgraceful "monkey" taunts on Twitter as well. Sent out. "LOL man Utd" tweet and a in return copped some racism straight back.

Yeah massive, specially with the derby coming up next. Switched over saw it was 1-0 and just assumed they'd do it easy.

Two points:

- One gets the feeling that if City end up beating Chelsea to the title by 2 points or less, Fat Frank will still be an idol to Chelsea fans. Such is the fantasy world they live in.

- Nice to see the man u renaissance lasted just a week.

Shut up Big Sam

Given that we're five points and six goals to the good, we'd need to drop a bit more than Frank's two points

Denis Law has a statue. Some clubs are able to rise above pettiness.

Definitely a push in the back but you can't blame the refs for the capitulation that followed. Utd's defense went to derpsville again, young Blackett might make a player in a couple of years but it is all to clear that it is just too much for him at this stage.

With Pool playing like rubbish again the only solace I have got all weekend was that pretty much all the big teams dropped points overnight.

If there was a weekend to stupidly lose a game I guess it was this one. Still would have preferred the win though.
