I realise this is an awful pant job, but....

This is what i was talking about with the T being used in the style of a V

What about the bottom of the T as a chevron? Dark blue at the top, white + yellow V's, and a shy blue base. Not saying it will look good, but would be interesting to see.

With the introduction of the Nines, I'd prefer to see all teams having four jerseys max:
Main, alternate (used only in the event of a clash), heritage (an actual heritage design - not some new concoction meant to symbolise some part of the club's history), and Nines.

The main would be an iconic jersey design they keep for many years.
The alternate would be something that they'd have to keep for a minimum of 2yrs (as is the case today).
The heritage is, as I said above, an actual old design from the club. I have no problems with this changing every season, however ideally would be kept for a few years.
The Nines jersey can be as ludicrous as you like, so long as it has some kind of relevance colour-wise to the club. The Warriors can use any one of those out-there designs for their Nines jersey, Melbourne and Canterbury can go with one of their weird ones, ect.

This would mean the clubs can create a proper sense of identity throughout the season yet still allowing themselves to have both main and alternate jerseys. The heritage jersey would be for the traditionalists, and the Nines jersey can be whatever they want. This would cover all demographics of supporters and still allow the clubs to get people buying jerseys.

It'll never happen, but I can dream..!

I agree with you Nuke. The only possible change I would make is that the club's can pick one regular season 3rd jersey to be worn just once (heritage, WIL, indigenous, ANZAC, etc).

I understand and like what you're saying....here is what I think you meant. It is meant to be the bottom of the sword.. I like it.

That is actually really good.

Better than any other jersey they've actually had since coming back into the comp.

Surely that is for the 9s. I didnt think they were due for a change yet unless they petitioned the NRL for an exemption to the 3 year home jersey rule

I thought they'd only had their last design 2 years?
One, actually. They'd have to have approached the NRL for an exemption, which isn't anything new. Remember the Knights' bra jersey?

Definitely an NRL jersey... haven't all the Nines ones had the Nines logo?
