No idea how Super 15 teams get such high sponsorship in comparison to NRL teams. :crazy:

Cheers for that, that figure is nuts for such a small team. Surely has to be some kind of embellishment going on.

Another thing the NRL should clamp down on. Home jerseys only to be worn unless there is a clash and heritage/WIL only to be worn for the dedicated round, not the following week or randomly thought the year

They listed out the rounds they'd wear it back at the start of the year, this was one of them. The next one is the *actual* heritage round (R19).

The Sea Eagles will be wearing the jersey tomorrow night against the Dragons and then again against the Bulldogs (Round 7), Tigers (Round 15), Cowboys (Round 19) and Eels (Round 24).

good on Manly for announcing what games they'd wear the heritage jerseys early in the year. But I still think its unnecessary to wear it until its the actual heritage round. The other games are just random!

The only exception is if they wore an heritage jersey on a special occasion - ie - 50 years to the day since entering the completion; 100th game playing at this venue etc.

If I could choose one thing to remove from the history of the universe, I would choose that bulldogs jersey.

It beats out the likes of Iggy Azalea. And Today Tonight.

That Manly jersey looks good though, they should make it permanent.

I'n my experience they normally get more because of a mix of the company being able to get more regular international exposure for their brand (in NZ, South Africa and soon to be in Japan, Singapore and Argentina as well) and mates rates for upper class private school RU followers.

Kind of wish teams would stick with their general design and colour scheme. So many times I'm watching the footy on the tv with a mate or someone who isn't entirely invested into the footy and they ask 'who's that team with the weird jersey/colours?'. Doesn't really help with the identification of the team/club.

What's your nomination (serious). Always curious about what fans like if their own team for the broncos the Aqua jerseys were clash jerseys so I don't care. As for proper jerseys I hate the diamond clown suit

Oh I agree, the Auckland nines 'belly of the bulldog' will take some surpassing at number 1. This effort certainly did look like blue paint through a potato masher however. Horrendous.

The thing that pisses me off most is when Souths play Canberra and the NRL deems it a colour clash. Last time I checked lime green and white didn't clash with cardinal and myrtle. The ANZAC game this year was terrible in that facet, Souths had white with a single stripe of both green and red and Canberra had a murky green jersey.
