They must employ a coach with a proven track record
and who would that be?
Although money talks, is it possible to get a coach with a proven track record when the club cannot pay what a proven coach is worth?
Is it possible to get a coach when the the club can be seen as a basket case over the past x years?
Is it possible to get a coach when said coach is told that he must pick 50% of juniors each week?
Many coaches start their 1st grade coaching careers after being a 1st grade assistant so does the club approach one of them? Furner & Cartwright are assistants but were previously 1st grade coaches.
there r question marks re his integrity. It was a well known fact that payten was undermining potter when potter was coach.
I have said on this forum that I was told Payten would be the next coach and when I asked about his relationships and rumour about Potter's downfall, I was told that he is as tough as and doesn't play the favourites game. As for the Potter thing, it was paper talk by journalists who know nothing, live off and thrive on rumours typically started by themselves. His beef was with the club management as they did the dirty on him. Is what I was told.
But, I'm not naive enough to not take what I was told, was and is simply rumour and someone spreading a story for their own benefit, whatever that may be.
Time will tell.
