I'd prefer Monday night over Thurs night. At least they kick off bang on 7pm. Thurs night is a f**king joke.

Heard Greenberg other radio last week, he stated the league can do nothing now but when the next contract begins the start times are enforceable and there are measures to punish the broadcaster if the stray past the designated start time

bulldogs are the only sydney team that would get 10k on a thursday night against a team who had like 100 fans attend

We will probably get 15,000 on a Monday night , in freezing conditions against a team that won't bring many more then 100

"We will probably"

f**king please, you'll get 11 or 12k as usual.

And Canterbury will still have one of the best averages in the comp.

This

Canberra haven't got 15k all year and suddenly they're "probably" gonna get that against an interstate team on a freezing Monday night

11k with maybe 12k max

30,189 in the end.

Average of 20k over two games. Campbelltown *should* keep that afloat tomorrow with hopefully 15k?

Warriors 14-15k
Dragons-Sharks 11k? (mostly Sharks)
Knights-Panthers 13k (assuming Knights fans keep turning up like they have)
Roosters-Cowboys 6-9k depending on weather
Raiders-Storm 10-11k

A few real bludger crowds to drag us down to a pisspoor average sadly.

8,000 pre sold according to Triple m Friday morning for Tigs game

Then we include walk ups + Tigers members and we should be getting atleast 17-18k

That would be a good crowd.

There should be more games at Campbelltown - government should have spent some $ there instead of ridiculous amounts on 2 "western Sydney" stadium close to each other.

Tigers should hopefully pull a few more than 15K. I think your other predictions are realistic but hopefully there are a few surprises. Warriors and Canberra I'm hoping can pull more than that.

Cloudy but dry in Auckland, forecast temperature about 10 degrees tonight. Good conditions for night footy, and with no big rugby union games competing and finals beckoning the Warriors should draw well, 17-18K at least hopefully.

I would have thought with the Sharks bandwagon the Dragons game would go close to a sell out? Unless all the Sharks fans don't want to travel 5 or 10kms and shell out for a ticket?

They are hard to predict that bunch?

Agree
In the past when the Dragons have been strong , their fans have matched or in some cases outnumbered sharks fans at sharks home games.
Let's see if this happens in reverse and sharks fans get out & show the colours.
This should draw 17 to 18K if the weather is fine.

Not wanting to rain on the parade but I was under the impression "pre-sold" numbers generally include members.

The dragons have a far bigger fan base than sharks and also one that travels a lot more. When the dragons were on top I think few teams have been as impressive in terms of away fans. It was amazing how well dragons fans travelled when they were doing well (outside of Sydney as well).
