Rabs was saying at kick off that the ground record could go..

All the empty seats were people "attending functions around the ground" apparently...

ANZ 38,192
Suncorp 46,196

f**k what contributed to them not being what we expected - let's enjoy the fact that 84,000 people attended NRL matches today.

Sold out was displayed at ticket offices.

They need to scrap GA at Suncorp. GA bays cost them 4,000+ ticket sales.

The Broncos will never get a 52k crowd at Suncorp.

50k max. 2k-6k always go missing for these 'sell-out' games.

f**king stadium members. Union toffs.

Yep. The most crowded that I have seen the members area at Suncorp (other than origin) for some time was the Wallabies vs Boks last year.

We did get 51,926 for the Broncos v Roosters Pre-lim though.

Typical rugby league "sell out". ie, not.

Got nothing to do with the Broncos or rugby league that 6000 people didn't turn up. They sold out all the seats they could have but the absentees were members of the stadium with a fair whack union supporters & others who were genuinely away for the Easter break.

So was it s sell out or not?

46k suggests not.

The excuses and abuse from a couple of butthurt losers directed at me for their own egostistical reasons doesn't change that fact. Rugby league consistently fails to actually fill all seats in virtually every stadium despite other sports being able to do so. Yet again, this is a problem certain twats on here would sooner ignore or gloss over because they either deluded or accept mediocrity.
