2016 Crowd Watch

So what?
It's a Manly home game

What's in it for them?
Travelling to woop woop to be outnumbered at their own home game?
Pfft
No way they'll even go.

The whole point of having teams named after places is so people can barrack for their home team.
Making them play in a joint that s easier and quicker for the opposition to get to is ridiculous.
May as well just name the teams after colours instead.
It's a dumb idea and it will fail.

How do people not understand this?

Looks like my predictions could be an understatement, this is a good thing.

I'm thinking the crowd will be about 29k again. The new general admission four game package distorts the pax a bit. Stadium members are notorious for no shows on Saturdays, they love to hide out in the suburbs.

Truth. I know for a fact the 4 game members will be wating for games such as rabbits (next week), dogs, Melbourne and eels... If they haven't already gone to the Warriors and cowboys games.

Yeah I agree. Some will be waiting and hoping for a Sunday game too.

A few weeks earlier they got 8,000 and before that around 5,000
yet somehow this shows that they would fill a decent 20,000 every week

Yes, on cold, wet nights, were they not?

Which completely supports my suggestion that with better facilities and more undercover seating, fans may be more inclined to attend matches. As it stands, barely a handful of people get dry searting on a wet night at that shithole.

(which, if you ask me, in it's current state isn't fit to host any more games than Belmore does)

Well it should be
1 over 40 @ Suncorp.
1 over 30 @ Allianz
& 3 more over 20 listed.. they could all get over 25 in reality

As Timmah said the Dogs should draw well too
The Raiders could get their largest crowd of the year with tens of thousands of visitors coming into the Capital for ANZAC day activities
The last game the sharks v Penrith.. should also get a decent crowd.
A record attendance for a round could be broken

Perth Red - you're an English man living in Perth. Please shut the f**k up about the Manly Sea Eagles and Brookvale Oval. You've no appreciation of the history and culture of rugby league in Australia. I doubt you've ever even been to any of these suburban Sydney grounds to watch a game. Your opinion is worthless.
