This is the problem with the NRL nowadays. Referees have the biggest impact on the result, not players, and it's by a significant margin.

If a referee doesn't like you, you aren't going to win.

A lot of the income in the NRL is made by a certain team and so this is the reality.

Henry copped it at the cowboys from the finals refs and now at the titans.
