Obviously great win today but won't mean match if they don't win next week. Tigers now play Titans, Panthers and warriors, all effectively 4 point games

As a Warriors fan I'm pretty stoked we've now played 2 of our 3 "four pointers" against that group and come away with two wins. If we beat the Tigers in Auckland you'd have to think we'd be very close to certainties for a finals berth.

With all due respect Monkey, so you should be.

Just about everyone tipped the Warriors for top 8 & many top 4.

It woukd be a major under-achievement for the Warriors to miss the 8 imo.

Absolutely. Though on the other hand we're also missing RTS and Luke at the moment- a lot of sides would struggle big time with 2/3 of their spine out, particularly those with spines as stacked as ours.

RTS is a big loss but Luke has struggled, thats partly the reason you aren't as high as hoped.

Took him a while to find his feet in a new team.

He's been good the last couple of months though and I think the teams overall inprovemrnt in that time has reflected his form. I was seriously worried we'd struggle without him today.

Personally I think if they put it together the Warriors and panthers are the two best teams of the four fighting for 7th/8th, however they both seem to Spaz it up more then the others. The Tigers and Titans are probably more consistent in you know what you're going to get, which is strange to say as a Tigers fan.

Warriors haven't lost in 80 minutes since round 11- I'd hardly call that spazzing it up. For the first half of the season though, sure.

If they'd puss off stupid golden point, you'd be a couple of points better off....could be crucial after 26 rounds.

We'd actually only be one point better off as we're 2/5 in GP this year, so we'd actually still be in the same position on the ladder. I'd still take that one point though!

I think Warriors / Tigers will take 7 / 8

Cowboys / Bulldogs playing for 4th spot, top 3 is set.

Going off how I think the table will finish week one will be;

Storm (1) v Cowboys (4)
Sharks (2) v Canberra (3)
Bulldogs(5) v Warriors (8)
Broncos (6) v Tigers (7)

Do not want to face Raiders in week 1. They have a decent record down here against us!

Cowboys are a way better team than the Dogs. They'll take fourth IMO with the Dogs finishing fifth and losing to team eight in the first week of the semis.

top 4 is looking spot is starting to look shakey

A lot of teams below you would be happy about that, Townsville would be the last place I'd want the Warriors going for a final, luckily that's pretty much not gonna happen for us, at least not in the first round of the finals. I'd even prefer Melbourne though I'm hoping we end up playing the Sharks in Sydney, which is definitely winnable for us. Provided we make it of course!
